Delivery throughout the whole of Ireland and we endeavour to have your item with you within 7 working days from date of purchase.

Throughout the Delivery process we do endeavour to keep you informed of the delivery progress either by text or email.
Delivery is a one man kerbside delivery and you should ensure to have somebody available to help the driver with the item if it’s over 30kg.

7ft Games Tables

The delivery drivers are used to handling bulky products however assistance will be required with the 7ft games tables.
You will need to make arrangements for assistance to be provided on the agreed delivery date.

When will my item be delivered?

1. Your order is received into our warehouse and is picked and packed ready for collection and delivery to you.

2. Tracking details will be sent direct to the email address provided on the order.

3. You will receive a text message or call from the courier to confirm a delivery date and time.

4. If for any reason, you cannot accept delivery at this time, it is easy to rearrange for a more convenient time.

Delivery timescales can sometimes be delayed by different factors such as weather, transport system congestion & busy periods so from time to time delivery may take a little longer than the stated time. We will endeavour to let you know of any delays before they happen but sometimes this is outside of our control.

Hillman Battery Warranty

All battery warranties are a Return to Base Warranty, unless otherwise stated.

The Hillman Lithium battery is covered by a 24-month return to base warranty from the date of purchase, the charger is covered under the standard 12-month warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse, misuse or from excessive water damage or commercial use is not covered. Also, it is your duty of care to make sure the battery is looked after, warranty claims where the battery has excessive rust or damage to the outer will be assumed that the battery is not looked after.

We understand that due to the UK weather it can sometimes rain during a game of golf, but it is down to you as the user to make sure the battery is protected from bad weather conditions. This may mean you as the buyer buying a waterproof bag.

It is important to note that the Battery Management System (BMS) in your battery is designed to protect your battery from over discharge – a condition proven to seriously shorten the life of your battery. If the battery is left discharged for more than two weeks, the BMS may prevent charging to protect the battery. If this occurs, please contact Hillman Golf for advice.

The standard warranty only covers purchases made in the UK and use of the battery and charger within this region. If you encounter a problem with your battery or charger within the warranty period, please contact the place of purchase or call us direct to allow us to rectify the problem as soon as possible. In the unlikely event you need to make a claim you must provide your proof of purchase so please ensure this is retained.

A repair will normally be carried out but in the unlikely event that the battery or charger cannot be fixed, a replacement will be given. Any repairs or replacements made without charge do not carry a new warranty beyond that of the original purchase. The warranties contained herein are offered as an extra benefit and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.H

Hillman Lithium Golf Trolley Batteries have a 2-year return to base warranty.

Hillman Lithium Golf Buggy Batteries have a 2-year return to base warranty.

Hillman 90Ah Lead Acid Batteries have a 1-year warranty direct from the supplier.

All other batteries come with a 6-month warranty supplied directly by us.
