PROIRON Resistance loop bands are suitable for people of all fitness levels, they are ideal to work muscles throughout the whole body progressively and safely. Use any one band individually or multiple bands together to provide the right level of resistance for you.
This Exercise bands set contains 5 latex bands with different stretching weights, Yellow-10 pounds; Green-20 pounds; Blue-30 pounds; Red-40 pounds Black-50 pounds. They are 50mm wide and made from natural latex.
PROIRON Exercise bands are great Yoga, Pilates & Home Fitness and ideal for increasing strength and mobility. The use of resistance bands can help to strengthen stabilising muscles which may help to prevent injury or assist greatly in injury rehabilitation.
Our resistance loop bands can be stretched repeatedly year after year and are made from natural latex material which is friendly to the environment.
It is easy to carry to any place and any time you want. The exercise bands fit easily into the carry bag provided. Use them at home, in the gym, office or anywhere.

When you do the rehabilitation training, we suggest that the men and women all choose 10lb,when you conduct basic training, we recommend that the woman choose 20lb,men use 30lb.Basic solid training, we recommend that women choose 30lb,men choose 40lb,do strength training,women choose 40lb,men choose 50lb. We also recommend that everybody do exercise within the suggested number of pounds range of the resistance bands to avoid snapping the bands and harm.

Delivery is a one man kerbside delivery and you should ensure to have somebody available to help the driver with the item if it’s over 30kg.

The delivery drivers are used to handling bulky products however assistance will be required with the 7ft games tables.
You will need to make arrangements for assistance to be provided on the agreed delivery date.
