Important things to be aware of when using a water filled punching bag.
Cold Weather use: In winter and cold weather always test the hardness of the bag before use. Do not use the bag if it is hard, it can cause damage to the bag and there is a greater risk of injuring yourself as there won’t be as much give in the bag. Bring the bag inside and allow it to get to room temperature so the normal softness of the bag returns.
The bag must be hung for a suitably strong mounting point rated for much greater than the weight of the bag.
The bag should also be mounted in a location where there is nothing that could be damaged by the swing of the bag.
All Ironman Aqua Punch Bags are manufactured to be extremely durable and strong there is always a very small chance there could be an issue. As this is a water filled item we would advise not to hang in an area that could be water damaged or contains any electrics.
Use of the Ironman Aqua Punch Bag is at your own risk. It should only be used by individuals who have been trained with correct striking techniques and are wearing correct clothing and equipment if required (example gloves and wrap).
Delivery throughout the whole of Ireland and we endeavour to have your item with you within 7 working days from date of purchase.
Throughout the Delivery process we do endeavour to keep you informed of the delivery progress either by text or email.
Delivery is a one man kerbside delivery and you should ensure to have somebody available to help the driver with the item if it’s over 30kg.
7ft Games Tables
The delivery drivers are used to handling bulky products however assistance will be required with the 7ft games tables.
You will need to make arrangements for assistance to be provided on the agreed delivery date.
When will my item be delivered?
1. Your order is received into our warehouse and is picked and packed ready for collection and delivery to you.
2. Tracking details will be sent direct to the email address provided on the order.
3. You will receive a text message or call from the courier to confirm a delivery date and time.
4. If for any reason, you cannot accept delivery at this time, it is easy to rearrange for a more convenient time.
Delivery timescales can sometimes be delayed by different factors such as weather, transport system congestion & busy periods so from time to time delivery may take a little longer than the stated time. We will endeavour to let you know of any delays before they happen but sometimes this is outside of our control.
